The Razel Residence was a project of SaaB Architects in year 2008. The unique residence architecture was built on a 185 sqm land in Azriel, Hasharon, Israel. With the inspiration of art and music, the house was uniquely designed with vivid colors in every part, open, and chic like the homeowner’s character.The house is simple by quite stylish for the unique architecture. It didn’t spend high budget when it was built but the smart design makes the house looks special in limited materials consuming. The building was designed in four parts with vivid colors finishing both in the exterior and in the interior. Besides, natural light was also totally explored to improve the beauty of the architecture.
The special design also can be seen from the ground floor outdoor spaces that were divided in four areas too; a patio for entertainment, another patio next to the kitchen, one more convenience patio, and the service entrance. Furthermore, the artist studio was situated on the first floor with the open view and good arrangement of ventilation.
